Ensure you plan your transportation. Do you plan to rent a car? Or just get around by carshare services like Lyft or Uber? Understanding your mode of transportation can influence where to stay in Tampa.

If you aren’t going to rent a car, I suggest staying in one of the walkable Tampa neighborhoods like Channelside.
