Travel Lemming LLC Privacy Policy
Revised: February 13, 2026
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how and why Travel Lemming LLC, and its affiliated brands (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, store, disclose, and otherwise process your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) when you use our services, including when you visit https://travellemming.com (the “Website”) or interact with us in other ways (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our processing of your Personal Information and how you may access, correct, or update it. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE YOU (1) HAVE READ OUR TERMS OF USE AND THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN THEIR ENTIRETY; AND (2) UNDERSTAND, AND FULLY ACCEPT OUR TERMS OF USE AND THIS PRIVACY POLICY (COLLECTIVELY, THE “TERMS”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES AND MUST PROMPTLY DISCONTINUE USE AND EXIT THE SERVICES.
- WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect Personal Information that you provide to us directly and information that is collected automatically when you visit or use our Services, make a purchase, subscribe to our communications, or otherwise interact with us. We also collect information when you contact us for customer support or other inquiries. We use this information to operate and improve our Services and Website, process and fulfill orders, communicate with you, personalize your experience, conduct marketing and promotional activities, and respond to inquiries.
We collect Personal Information from you and your devices, from our service providers and contractors (such as hosting, payment processing, security, analytics, customer support, and email delivery providers), and from third parties such as advertising and analytics partners that place cookies, pixels, or similar technologies on our Services. We may also receive Personal Information from affiliate and business partners when you click an affiliate link on our Services, visit a third-party website, or complete a transaction. Some of these third parties may collect information directly from your browser or device when you use the Services. See Sections 3-4 for details.
Personal Information you disclose to us.
The Personal Information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products or features you use. We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you publish content, make a purchase, subscribe to our communications or fill out any online forms. The Personal Information we collect may include the following:
- name;
- email address;
- billing and shipping address;
- city/state/ZIP;
- phone number;
- payment information (e.g., card type, last four digits, expiration date, tokenized payment identifier) for orders;
- products purchased; and
- any other identifiers which you may be prompted to provide in connection with accessing or using the Website and/or Services.
Non-Personally Identifying Information automatically collected.
When you visit, use, or navigate the Services, we may automatically collect certain information that does not reveal your specific identity (“Non-PII”), such as device and usage information, IP address, browser and device characteristics and history, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, date and time stamps, and general location inferred from your IP address. Non-PII collected is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding Website usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.
Please note that under many U.S. state privacy laws, an IP address is considered “Personal Information,” and we treat it as such in this Privacy Policy. We use this information to maintain and secure our Services, for analytics and reporting, to improve your experience, and to assist with targeted marketing and promotional content. We may derive inferences from this information to create a profile reflecting your preferences, characteristics, or behavior. We do not sell Personal Information for money. We may “sell,” “share,” or engage in “targeted advertising” as those terms are defined by certain U.S. state privacy laws through the use of advertising cookies, pixels, and similar technologies that enable cross-context behavioral advertising.
- HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your Personal Information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- to deliver and facilitate delivery of the Services, including processing, fulfilling, and shipping orders, providing customer service, and operating the Website;
- to respond to user inquiries and provide support, including order confirmations and communications about your purchases or requests;
- to send administrative information, such as updates about our products and Services, changes to our Terms, and other transactional or service-related notices;
- to request feedback about your use of the Services;
- to send you marketing, promotional, and notification communications consistent with your preferences, including newsletters that may include tracking pixels to help us analyze and improve our communications;
- to send notification emails such as password reminders or updates;
- to deliver targeted advertising and personalized content tailored to your interests and location;
- to evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience, including identifying usage trends, measuring campaign effectiveness, and optimizing our Website and offerings;
- to send marketing and promotional communications personalized to your booking or transaction activity when you complete a transaction with one of our affiliate partners;
- to comply with our legal obligations and exercise our legal rights, including responding to lawful requests and protecting against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized transactions; and
- to fulfill other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection or otherwise compatible with the context of collection.
Sensitive Personal Information.
We do not process, collect, sell, or share sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or criminal history (“Sensitive Personal Information”). We also do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes that would require offering the right to limit under California law. If this changes, we will provide separate notices and, where required, offer the right to limit use and disclosure. Please do not submit any Sensitive Personal Information to us.
Profiling and Automated Decision-Making.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement. Where we use profiling for targeted advertising or marketing optimization, you may opt out as described in Sections 8–10.
- WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
We may share your Personal Information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. The categories of third parties we may share Personal Information with include:
- ad networks and retargeting platforms;
- communication and collaboration tools;
- sales, marketing, newsletter delivery and trend analysis tools;
- customer support and ticketing tools;
- website hosting, content delivery and performance/service providers;
- social networks;
- data analytics services; and
- data storage and logging/error-tracking service providers.
We also may need to share your Personal Information with third parties in the following situations:
- service providers and advertising partners. We may disclose Personal Information to vendors, service providers, contractors, processors, and advertising partners that perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.
- affiliate partners. We may participate in affiliate programs with third-party booking platforms and travel services. When you click an affiliate link on our Services and complete a transaction on a partner’s website, that partner may share your Personal Information (such as name, email address, and transaction details) with us so we can provide you with personalized follow-up communications, including marketing related to your trip or booking.
- billing and payment. We use third-party payment processors to assist us in processing your payment information securely.
- business transfers. We may share or transfer your Personal Information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- legal obligations. We may disclose information you provide, including your Personal Information, to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud.
- aggregate/deidentified information. We may share aggregate information that does not reasonably identify you for industry analysis, demographic profiling, research, marketing, advertising, and other purposes, without restriction. When we share deidentified information, we take reasonable measures to ensure it cannot be associated with you, and where appropriate, require recipients to refrain from reidentifying it.
We may occasionally make our customer list of postal addresses available to a select group of companies whose products may be of interest to you, and we may share Personal Information with third-party marketing partners for commercial purposes. If you do not wish to share your data with third-party companies, please email us at [email protected] with “Opt-out of Third Party Sharing,” in the subject line, along with your exact name and address. Where applicable state privacy laws treat this activity as a “sale” or “sharing,” you may also have the right to opt out. See Sections 8–10 for more information.
Sale/Share/Targeted Advertising Disclosures. We do not sell Personal Information for money. We may “sell” or “share” Personal Information as those terms are defined by certain U.S. state privacy laws by allowing advertising, social media, and analytics partners to collect Personal Information via cookies, pixels, software development kits (SDKs), or similar technologies in our Services for cross-context behavioral advertising and measurement. You may opt out of such “sale,” “sharing,” and “targeted advertising” at any time as described in Sections 8–10 or via the “Do not sell or share my personal information” link located in the footer of the Website.

Your interactions with third-party features are governed by the privacy policies of those third parties.
Advertising and Third-Party Collection. On our Website and within our Services (including through ads, embedded content, and third-party tags we implement), advertising partners and analytics providers may collect Personal Information directly from your browser or device via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, and analytics. Separately, when you visit third-party websites or apps, those parties may collect information under their own privacy policies. You can control our Website’s advertising and analytics cookies via the cookie consent banner on our Website, your browser settings, or by contacting us. For controls on third-party websites and apps, please use their settings or opt-out tools.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Website uses “cookies” and similar technologies to help personalize your online experience, analyze usage, and deliver advertising. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a web server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie. We use both first-party cookies (set by us) and third-party cookies (set by our partners and service providers). Some cookies expire at the end of your session, while others persist for longer periods.
Where required by applicable law, we display a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies before they are placed on your device. You may also manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings link on our Website. In addition, most browsers allow you to delete or reject cookies or to notify you before accepting a new cookie. If you delete or reject cookies, some features or portions of our Services may not function properly. To learn more about cookies and how to manage them, visit internetcookies.com.
Cookies We Use:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the Website to function and cannot be disabled. They enable core functionality such as security, bot detection, and spam prevention (for example, through Cloudflare and Google reCAPTCHA).
- Performance Cookies: These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Website by collecting information about traffic sources, user sessions, and browsing behavior. We use this data to analyze Website usage and improve performance. For example, we use Google Analytics to gather information about how users interact with our Website.
- Functionality Cookies: These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as maintaining session consistency and remembering your preferences across visits.
- Targeting Cookies: These cookies are used by us and our advertising partners to build a profile of your interests, deliver relevant advertisements, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Our partners include Google, Microsoft Bing Ads, TikTok, and Meta, among others. These third parties may use cookies to show you ads on other websites based on your activity on our Website.
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information for interest-based advertising, but these parties may offer ways to opt out. In addition to browser and cookie-banner controls, you can use the opt-out mechanisms offered by our advertising partners, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page or the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page.
Do Not Track Signals. Some browsers incorporate a Do Not Track feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Tracking is not the same as using or collecting information in connection with a website. For these purposes, tracking refers to collecting Personal Information from consumers who use or visit a website or online service as they move across different websites over time. How browsers communicate the Do Not Track signal is not yet uniform. As a result, this Website is not yet set up to interpret or respond to Do Not Track signals communicated by your browser. Even so, as described in more detail throughout this Privacy Policy, we limit our use and collection of your personal information. However, where required by law, we recognize and honor opt-out preference signals for sale/sharing and targeted advertising (such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”)). When we detect a valid signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for the browser or device and, if reasonably possible and you are authenticated, for your account more broadly.
- HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it consistent with applicable law.
Category-Level Retention (California and similar laws): We apply the following retention periods or criteria to the categories collected:
- Identifiers (e.g., name, email): retained for the duration of your relationship with us and up to 3 years thereafter for recordkeeping, compliance, and anti-fraud, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Internet/Network Activity and Device Data: retained for up to 24 months from collection for security, analytics, and service improvement. Our Google Analytics user-data retention setting is configured to the shortest available period (currently 2 months).
- General Geolocation: retained in log files for up to 24 months for security and analytics.
- Inferences: retained for up to 24 months for personalization and marketing optimization or until you opt out or delete your data, whichever occurs first.
We may retain data for longer where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
- HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Personal Information we process. These measures include, among other things, access controls, least-privilege practices, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, and encryption in transit (TLS/SSL). The Website uses a valid server certificate to help protect session integrity.
We also require our service providers and contractors that handle Personal Information on our behalf to maintain appropriate security measures and confidentiality commitments consistent with applicable law and industry standards.
Despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or misuse your information. Transmission of Personal Information to and from our Services is at your own risk. If we become aware of a data breach affecting Personal Information, we will investigate and provide notifications to individuals and/or regulators as required by applicable law.
The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Website and/or Services. Content you post publicly may also be indexed by search engines, cached, archived, or redistributed by others and may persist even after deletion from the Services.
Data Breach. If we determine or reasonably suspect a security incident affecting the Website or Services, including unauthorized access, acquisition, or disclosure of Personal Information, we will investigate, contain, remediate, and where appropriate or required by law, report the incident and notify affected individuals and applicable authorities without undue delay. We will cooperate with law enforcement and may provide notice by email and/or on the Website, as permitted by law.
- DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
The Website and the Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to users under 18. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under 18, and users under 18 must not use the Services. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided Personal Information, we will delete it or take steps to de-identify it promptly as required by law. If you believe we may have collected Personal Information about a child under 18, please contact us at [email protected] with “Minor Data Collected Notification” in the subject line. Where consent is the legal basis for processing, you must meet the applicable age of digital consent in your country. If you are under the applicable age of digital consent in your country, you must not use the Services.
- WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
The types of personal data we collect are listed in Section 1 above. If we are relying on your consent to process your Personal Information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in Section 15 below. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your Personal Information before its withdrawal nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your Personal Information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications. We offer electronic newsletters to which you may voluntarily subscribe or unsubscribe to at any time. For requests to know/access, delete, or correct, we may also require you to verify your identity directly with us. For requests to opt out of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” we will accept authorized agent requests upon sufficient proof of authority and will not require you to verify your identity directly as a condition of processing. If we deny your request, you may submit an appeal by contacting us at [email protected] within the timeframe required by applicable law (up to 60 days in some states) and referencing your original request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

In determining retention periods, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes of processing and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements. We also take into account typical user lifecycle and our need to maintain accurate business and financial records.
Recipients and International Transfers. We share personal data with service providers and processors as described in this Privacy Policy. If we transfer personal data from the EEA/UK to countries not deemed to provide an adequate level of protection (e.g., the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (and, where applicable, the UK Addendum/IDTA), and implement supplementary measures as needed. When we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum/IDTA), a copy or information on how to obtain a copy is available upon request.
EEA/UK Rights. Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you may have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Where we process personal data based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time. You also have an unconditional right to object to processing for direct marketing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You may exercise these rights by emailing us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
Cookies (EEA/UK). We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our Website and understand content engagement. In the EEA/UK, we obtain your consent before using any non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie consent banner on our Website. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies (for example, certain analytics or advertising cookies). If you do not provide consent, we will use only cookies that are necessary to provide the Services.
Automated Decision-Making. We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of the GDPR/UK GDPR.
Special Categories of Personal Data. We do not knowingly process special categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometric, or data revealing racial or ethnic origin) or personal data of users under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you.
We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (i.e., express consent) to use your Personal Information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (i.e., implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time. However, in some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted under applicable law to process your information without your consent.
